Summary Notes from Hall Trustees' meeting 30/1/24

1. The Hall will be used as a polling station in February and May.
2. New, more powerful hand driers will be installed in the Ladies' and Gents' toilets, to replace paper towels, which currently cost over £3,000 per year.
3. The online booking system is almost ready to go "live", with 90% of regular users' bookings now on the system. Revised hire charges are to be confirmed as soon as possible, but bookings already made for 2024 will be charged at the rate agreed when booking.
4. A review of the rent paid by Henfield Parish Council for the Council Office and the Museum is due this year.
5. Work is to continue on the Hall's Business Plan - especially important for planning future expenditure.
