We have updated our terms and conditions for hire of the hall, with immediate effect. They can be found by pressing the link at the bottom of the home page on our website.
Please ensure that you have reviewed them prior to any hire, even if you are a regular user. One aspect we have strengthened is to require those hosting an event with more than 100 people to nominate an individual to be responsible for ensuring that everyone adheres to fire safety guidance during the event.
Once the online booking system comes into use in 2024, agreeing to abide by the terms and conditions will be integral to the booking process.
